Baskin-Robbins

So I want to share an experience I had last night. At about 7 pm my husband and I with our 2 kids walked into Baskin Robbins / Dunkin Donuts on 74 by Walmart. We wanted to order a cake for my little guys birthday party to be ready by 4pm today. After almost 10 minutes of being in there finally 1 of the 4 or so workers asked if we needed help. Horrible experience. We took our kids to celebrate after a soccer game. They were out of everything. I ordered a coffee and it was made incorrectly. My husband ordered a sundae and had 2 scoops of ice cream and was then told that they didn't have any toppings so he refused it. My son wanted a brownie sundae and they were out. Ended up ordering donuts and were given the wrong ones.

It appears that average score is 1 star. They need to close it or get it right.

I went in for a Banana Royale, tonight. And guess what, no bananas. This is the third and last time I'm ever going to Baskin Robbins for anything. Including this time and two other times, and at different times of the day, and they don't have bananas. Wal-Mart is right behind this place. Looks like they would send someone over to buy supplies, when they ran out.
