Dunkin' Donuts in Indian Trail

“Haylie came through in a big way for our family this morning. We were celebrating a birthday and the birthday boy doesn't like cake so we decided to serve his favorite dessert instead, donut holes. Haylie in the middle of the rush, gracefully filled our order quickly and was incredibly friendly. Having worked myself in the past in food service and also at a country club, I know I inadvertently created a stressful situation. Please recognize Haylie for her performance in keeping everyone happy, maintaining the line happiness, and navigating the situation like an expert. I'm truly grateful! Thanks again.“

“This is the best Dunkin’ Donuts location ever, and Andrew is my absolute favorite everybody there is friendly and nice, but Andrew goes above and beyond He even got me set up on the mobile app I stop at this location every morning for my little one to get a glazed, donut, religiously, and I’ve always had the best service and obviously the food is great because I keep coming back.
