“Positive-o all the way-o to the sky-high clouds-o and back! (As you can tell, I'm feeling VERY happy after my second visit within 3 days.) This stuff is high quality feel-good vibe-high ooooh oh ooohh delicious-ness. It nourishes your insides. And the incredible staff and their enthusiasm only amps up the pleasure. Carlos the manager makes ordering a breeze, with his gentle voice and sincerely kind demeanor. Their menu with soooo many alluring options, had me on the Acai bowl (twice), a protein smoothie, and everything avocado waffles. And another gal working (goodness, I wish I remembered her name, a brunette beauty) told me all about their cleanses, which I am now dying to try several of them. (A dear friend did one recently, with of course positive-o to the sky results). I am so ready to come back for more MoRe MORE.
P.S. the way I learned about Nekter was someone had gifted it to me and what a GREAT GIFT TO GIVE. Feel good energy with so many ripple effects to continue.

“My husband and I have had the worst experience's while ordering from this location. We both feel very targeted and it's very obvious. There are flies always on the inside of the store on the different surfaces. The rating is a 97.0. The manager and another employee have been the main two making us feel like we are not welcomed in the store. They go so far as to talk about us very obviously when we're in the store. The customer service from those two is the worst I've had. I've been to other stores around the city and I've not had those problems. It's a shame that paying for items that are not inexpensive comes with uncleanliness, targeting, lack of customer service, and rudeness from employees including the manager. I can gladly spend my money somewhere I'm treated right since I go basically everyday.

Since the negative things that happened in the past in the past review, I have nothing but positivity about every aspect of this location. I'm there very often during the week, and I can honestly say that they go above and beyond to assist customer's needs, provide a clean welcoming atmosphere, and they make sure orders are correct. All while going above and beyond the call of duty. I look forward to going now, and I never leave without smiles and satisfaction. Special kudos to Beth, Lacey, and Zack and all the staff.“

“I always pass this and never went in , tonight I stoped in and told the gentleman working which ones I’ve tried at other locations and asked what he would recommend … I asked what the tiger teas were and he said they were brown sugar based . I got the black tiger and OMG was this tasty and delicious! I like that they have a points system as well. I had to be “that” person and ask for my wrap to be remade because the moment I opened the wrapping my Cesar wrap fell open to. I simply was not able to easily eat my food as everything spilled out. I did ask for them to please rewrite and they made me a new wrap without any issue.
And kindly brought the new one to me at the table.
