Meenaxi has always been so kind to us! My husband and I come here to Baskin and Robins at least once a month, and almost every time (when she's here), she always greets us with warm smile and serves us the best loaded warm brownie sundae!!
Ordered and paid for a cake online. Arrived to pick it up and not only did they not have the cake ready - they didn't even have cake in stock. They could not give me a refund - I had to go through a website and then wait for the money to be refunded (3-5 business days). I have tried for four Fridays in a row to try and purchase anything with the limited Dubai Chocolate flavor items. This location has only had the ice cream and none of the other items to be able to make the sundae or the shake properly. I am very disappointed with this being a limited time item I have still not been able to try it with multiple visits.

Baskin-Robbins offers a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff, particularly the evening manager. The cookie butter cold brew with vanilla syrup and extra cold foam is a must-try. While the coffee and food are decent, the service is commendable. The clean interior adds to the overall experience, making it a pleasant place to visit.
