Stood in line for like 3 mins without anyone helping us. The guy pretended we weren’t there and the older lady acted like she didn’t want to be there and was annoyed. She didn’t tell us where to pay and didn’t really say anything to us. Definitely needs cleaned and better management.
Literally every time I come here to pick up a DD order they're out of something without fail, I have to call the customer or text them or have them call Baskin Robbins about there order everytime I come here

I ordered a cake here for a a birthday. I ordered the cake on Tuesday for it to be picked up on Saturday. When I picked up the cake on Saturday there was a sticker on it saying it was made on Tuesday. I normally wouldn’t have much of an issue with this considering it’s an ice cream cake. However, the cake part of the cake tasted very funny. I don’t think this would’ve been an issue if the cake had been made closer to pickup on Saturday.
