Unfavorable service and cold food. We visited this location two days before and were able to get an item on the menu customized, without any issues or hesitation. The fries we were given were cold, but the service was great. Today I visited and ordered the same thing. As others have stated, the post-renovation drive-thru situation is absolutely abysmal. The lunch-rush line is still backed up far into the regular parking area, & the regular parking area has now been cut in half.

We absolutely love Chick-fil-A, but will not return to this location. They cannot get things right, the food is not hot, and they are not friendly. They have an I don’t care attitude. Definitely not the Chick-fil-A standard! We will stick with the Porters Neck location
