went there for the first time today and had a great meal. our waitress Kianni was very knowledgeable about the franchise and the food. there was plenty of food with enough to take home and believe me I can eat and the prices were very reasonable for a decent establishment that was clean and I especially like the booths that had chairs which were more comfortable than sitting on a bench at a booth. I recommend hook and reel in Jacksonville and I will be going back regularly.
Our first time here for all 4 of us. Wide variety of seafood . Nice large portions . Cooked perfectly. Our waitress was excellent: friendly and explained our options perfectly. Great food - and service . Well worth the price too.

Great service, absolutely amazing flavor in Crack & Peel boil, drinks were tasty!! Will definitely be returning soon!!
