The restaurant offers both teppanyaki seating, where the chef cooks right in front of you, and traditional tables. We opted for teppanyaki, a bit skeptical at first since the chef really makes or breaks the experience.\n\nOur party of seven filled a table to ourselves, which was a plus. Both our server and chef were excellent, and the food was even better. We ordered a mix of steak, shrimp, lobster, and sashimi. They have a small policy if you can't finish the sushi you will have to pay. But I think it's a wonderful idea. Considering how much food gets wasted at restaurants. The staff is always welcoming.
