“This is the best Hibachi/Teriyaki place in town. The food is amazing, but the staff here is even better. The food tastes great, they serve it up fast with great proportions at great prices, but the staff will leave you coming back. They remembered my name after like, 2 visits. I was just getting some condiments to-go and the staff was going around behind me checking on everyone and making sure they all were happy. You really should check this place out if you haven't already.“
“My husband visits this place atleast twice a week.The food is ALWAYS hot, the food is cooked to perfection, and it’s huge portions.We get the teriyaki chicken/beef and shrimp and it has never disappointed. Easily the best hibachi in Wilmington.“

“This is a little hidden gem in plain site. I think this was an old Pizza Hut from long ago. This place has the best hot/sour soup. Always consistent and never fails. The food is top-notch. From fresh sushi to Pad Thai or a delicious curry, you can't go wrong here. Prices are good, and the staff can get a bit frazzled on a busy night but always pull it together with teamwork. Try this place for some of the best asian food in Wilmington. See you there.“
“Absolutely love this place. It’s my favorite restaurant. Tried hibachi and sushi for the first time here on Christmas Eve. While I didn’t particularly like the sushi (not the restaurant’s fault just not a fan of the texture), the hibachi was AMAZING. Best food I’ve ever had. The chefs here are so talented and always entertaining, they really make each time an experience. They have the best prices for the amount of food you get and its quality ingredients too. As I said, absolutely love this place, it’s my favorite restaurant and I would eat here every single day if I could. Thank you Okami for the wonderful experiences, food, and customer service!!“
“Delicious vegan options and great sushi! Really great prices! I had the falafel hummus wrap with beer battered fries (so good!) and my husband had the maki combo with the ginger salad. Mmmm!!!Vegetarian options: Falafel hummus wrap! And others clearly marked.“
“Can one ever go wrong with some yummy Japanese food? Especially when it’s a whole show of your food being cooked in front of you? This place didn’t disappoint. Staff was great and food was delish. Star of the show was definitely the cook, love how they put on a performance to entertain guest.“
“Visiting the area and wanted to try this place, it looked like a great value. I ordered and paid online, but one of the dishes got confused. Excellent customer service from them! LouLou immediately offered to fix the correct entree. Even offered me a drink while I waited! Logan even came through while I waited to check on me! Friendly people who obviously live up to excellent customer service standards! Very impressed ? Thanks again for making that situation pleasant ☺️“
“When I walked into this fine-dining establishment, I was immidiately met with the aroma of cream cheese rangoons frying. The chef went out to meet me personally and thanked me for coming. When I was seated by a hot waiter, she gave me complimentary fountain drinks even though I did not know who she was! The food was quick to arrive and put on dishes from China that looked spectacular. When I dug into the cream cheese rangoons, my friend would not stop begging for them and was chasing me around this fine establishment to grab them. The orange chicken is not for the light-hearted - but it is for the light-bodied. The scallops were cooked well enough but could have been seared a bit more. The filet mignon was cut up - still good but it was a travesty of a supposeedly expensive steak. The chicken was chicken. Better than china wok because when I went I got food poisoning. The pictures on the walls were of hot chinese women and there was one of muscular sumo men - hot pictures for any sexuality. “My family loves this place, I'm suprised I haven't left a review! The service is always great, with attentive hosts and servers. My husband and I typically get the stuffed jalapeños (huge portion and so yummy) and the dinner boxes (also huge portions with good variety) while my son gets the yakisoba noodles with chicken and brocolli. I always appreciate a place that modifies orders for young kids. The dessert brownie and fried icecream are actually pretty good treats as well! My only opportunity for improvement is maybe a slight menu expansion or seasonal modifications. I do enjoy sushi but the non sushi items are somewhat limited if you are a frequent flyer to this restaurant. Don't let this steer you away though, they have PLENTY of great non sushi options as my husband doesn't eat sushi. It's more of a suggestion for future variety.“
“Ordered for the first time from Fire Bowl today . The person taking my order was very knowledgeable . The wait was about 10 minutes and he brought the order to my car. The food was delicious and prepared perfectly. We are new to Wilmington and tried a few other places but this is going to be our place for take out ?“

“Have you ever stumbled across a little hole in the wall eatery that was too good not to share? We went through the drive-thru and let me tell you what... the young man that took our order had GREAT customer service! The food took about 5 minutes to make which was fast since it was made fresh to our order. We pulled into the parking lot because it smells soooo good we decided not to wait until we got home! DELICIOUS!!!!Parking: Drive thru, eat in and delivery all available. Plenty of parking.“

“Genki is easily the best sushi in Wilmington.Sushi is my favorite food, and over the years living in Wilmington I have always had my birthday dinner at sushi restaurants in town. Genki became the new birthday spot after one dinner there, and it has been for years since.Its strip mall storefront makes the place seem modest, but looks can be deceiving - the food and service is exquisite, from the carefully crafted sushi to the warm hand towels given to customers.As far as sushi goes, the yellowtail nigiri is the best we have tried. Trailing close behind comes the smelt roe nigiri (add a quail egg on top for maximum enjoyment) and eel rolls (cucumber or avocado).Another must is the miso soup! The hijiki seaweed salad is amazing too.Only positive things to say…“
