“This was an absolute pleasure. We came in a little less than an hour before close which I felt bad about, but Haley, our server made us feel completely at home and taken care of. Haley was genuinely one of the best servers I have EVER had (and I am a server/ bartender!) she was super attentive, friendly, generous, and absolutely on top of EVERYTHING. “From SC. Ate lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Service was so friendly it shocked me. The music was amazing and the food was fresh, hot and cooked just right. Best Zaxby’s I have ever eaten in. Highly recommend. Thank you for caring about customer care.“

“We’ve always loved Chick-fil-A — the food, the service, and the consistency. But this Jacksonville, NC location is definitely a bit of a challenge to navigate. The parking lot and drive-thru setup are extremely tight — you literally have to drive around just to get in line, which feels a bit silly. That said, there’s really not much they can do about the limited space at this point.
Compared to our old Chick-fil-A in Algiers, New Orleans, which ran like clockwork with quick mobile orders and smooth traffic flow, this one just moves a little slower. The service is still friendly, and the food quality is what you’d expect from Chick-fil-A — it just needs a few small adjustments to reach that same level of efficiency.
We’ll definitely be back, but hopefully the flow improves over time.“
