Subway in Jacksonville

Maddie, Abby, and Raquel are the nicest employees extremely courteous they gave reasonable proportions. They went above and beyond my expectations on subway employees compared to the ones in the PXs this place changed my perspective on subways in general. 5000 stars“

“Firstly, I'd like to give a shout out to the young man that made our food tonight, ANDREW! Dude was on top of his game and his customer service went above and beyond any other fast food service employees! Such a great attitude and personality. He was so courteous and respectful which is something you don't see very often these days... especially if you go in closer to closing time. We have a large family of (7) and Andrew did everything by himself with an uplifting attitude and quickly! He definitely deserves a raise, promotion, and whatever else you need to do to keep him employed with your store!
He did everything by himself, not because he was the only one working at the time, but because the other employee, HUNTER, was too worried about his phone and getting off early instead of helping with the customers or anything else for that matter! Hunter does NOT need to be working there as he clearly doesn't want to be there. He straight up told the other guy (Andrew) that he was leaving early, right in front of us! Yes! He decided on his own that he would leave early without helping Andrew with the customers or any other closing procedures for the night. Just a complete lack of awareness, dependability, and respect.
Andrew, if you see this, please don't ever lose that attitude and personality of yours! You were amazing!“

“I rarely leave reviews but I wanna give this guy the recognition he deserves. We came on 9/27 at 6:30 and ordered 3 footlongs through the drive thru and he literally had them ready by the time we got to the window. The sandwiches were well put together and everything we asked for. That takes skills. Had obviously was making them while we were ordering. Anywho, dinner was great!!“

“My son is 6 and likes to order for himself, 3 different employees have been so nice, fun, playful, and welcoming to him! He has a very specific sandwich he likes and they are so accommodating. Really enjoy going here and will continue to.

Kid-friendliness: Had my sons stuffed zombie (from minecraft) pay (holding my card) since it was a "brains sandwich". Love it!“

“Honestly the food is pretty good but the real reason i’m writing this review is because one of the girls that works there is so perfect like best looking person i’ve ever seen and i’m hoping she sees this so i can maybe get her number. I would love to take her out to jimmy johns subs sometime so she can catch a break?“

“I work next to the subway on piney green (in food lion shopping center) and the employees there are amazing, attentive, patient and kind! Especially the young lady always there Sundays. Girl you need a raise! You're the best! I feel bad for not knowing her name! But she's great!“
