“We decided to try Shogun Japanese Steakhouse on a Saturday evening and were glad we made a 5 PM reservation — the place was already packed at that hour. The restaurant offers both teppanyaki seating, where the chef cooks right in front of you, and traditional tables. We opted for teppanyaki, a bit skeptical at first since the chef really makes or breaks the experience.\n\nOur party of seven filled a table to ourselves, which was a plus. Both our server and chef were excellent, and the food was even better. We ordered a mix of steak, shrimp, lobster, and sashimi. The chef was personable without being over-the-top, and he cooked everything perfectly — the flavors were spot-on.\n\nWe came in with modest expectations but left on a food high. Great service, delicious food, and a fun night out with the family. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a lively and flavorful dinner.“

“I hadn't seen my sister-in-law for three decades. I invited her out for lunch in Jacksonville, NC. We went to this Sake Asian Fusion for lunch because I wanted to eat some sushi. The restaurant's atmosphere was nice and clean. The food was good and the service was great. We had a great time.“

“Always a good place to eat! They have fresh sushi and hibachi. I love the way they do the ordering. And it's all you can eat. It's well worth the money. If you go here order what you can eat. They have a small policy if you can't finish the sushi you will have to pay. But I think it's a wonderful idea. Considering how much food gets wasted at restaurants. The staff is always welcoming. “I was a faithful Shoguns customer until the food potions shrank and quality dropped. This is my first time ordering from here. The spring rolls are amazing, the curry chicken is perfect! The general Tao’s is perfect, the shrimp lo mein is perfect, and the pu pu platter for 2 is perfect! The serving size is exceptional!! The only thing I didn’t love was the pork fried rice, it’s not bad it’s just not as amazing as everything else. I can’t wait until we order again, I have so many different things I want to try. The price is great and serving sizes were larger than I was expecting! I rarely leave feedback but wanted to make sure I did for this!“
