“A case study should be performed on the quality of Taco Bell locations in Eastern North Carolina. They truly embody the spirit of living más.
I was fortunate to have early access to the Big Cheez-It Crunchwrap Supreme and Big Cheez-It Tostada through the Taco Bell app. Naturally, I ordered both and a bean burrito with creamy jalapeño sauce.
The store was in pristine condition and staff members had a warm and welcoming smile that melted my heart upon entering the restaurant.
The burrito was wrapped perfectly and made on-the-go eating a breeze. Snoop Dogg should consider taking a lesson in rolling from this team. The Crunchwrap was underwhelming. The big cheez-it was not big enough to add mucho flavor and a true difference to the Crunchwrap. The tostada though? Chef’s kiss. I found nirvana whilst eating it.“
“Went thru drive thru and my app was not working right and tweaked out and billed my CC on file like 6 times. It auto credited back to my account and the food was a lil lower than what I expected and they skimp on the cheese here. The service was just ok. Overall 3.7 but gave it a 4 on here.“
“Charles H took our order in the drive thru. Charles was very polite and patient with our order. Charles made sure we got everything we needed with a smile and up beat attitude. Just wanted to share the lovely experience at the drive through.“
“I had low expectations due to past experiences with this location but they have cleaned up the restaurant and the service has been completely restored. Excellent surprise!!!
Kid-friendliness: They were working with training on new menu items and offered them free for the kids. Try the Baja blast gelato!!!“
“This is really a great Taco Bell here in Jacksonville NC! I have to say that the employees did more that to just please me with my special requests, which was to pretty much burn my steak quesadillas and to not cut them once done and I even asked the preparer what his name was and he said that it was, Dainien,...so I've gotta add his name in this review because it was he who went above and beyond what he had to do to make it just the way I wanted it,... So I I were the owner of this location,...I would make sure to do every could to keep him working here and I personally recommend him for a raise!“
