Taco Bell in Wilmington

“This location deserves more love. The staff here is absolutely fantastic and so nice, the food is always right and the 1 or 2 times there was a mistake, it was immediately corrected with no issue. I love getting food from this taco bell, the night crew is A++ y’all genuinely have kind people representing out here.“

“despite the immense amount of negative reviews for this location, we eventually decided to give it a try and it was so worth it. we came around 2pm on a sunday (i don’t know if it was just the staff today or what) but our order came out perfectly! the fries were so seasoned and full, as well as the cinnamon twists. everything had a good crunch, nothing stale, all the veggies and cheese tasted so fresh and still cool in temp. all of our food came out hot and quick. the staff were very friendly as well (asking “how are you?” in the drivethru) i will be coming here again!“

“Whoever yall got working now at the Taco Bell at night is the best because we’ve been twice now (date being 11/23 12:35 AM) and that boy is the nicest and most considerate drive thru worker we’ve experienced at this location. I will happily return as long as he is there.“

“I went throught to pickup my order, got to where I was going and it was wrong. When I went back to get it remade the crew was so polite. Although they didn't realize my order had modifications they made it again, so I had to go back around again. For a late night crew they were very pleasant and apologetic. Thanku skye and Keyonte.“

“We absolutely love this Taco bell! The people that would there are great, they always get your order right. Don't even have to check it. They really pay attention to detail and they really care. I go though the drive through every Friday and Saturday night. There are wonderful people both nights. However, On Saturday night there is an extremely kind young man that work every Saturday and he is a pleasure to work with. Does a great job and treats the customer very nice. Great spot to go!“

“We had some trouble working the interactive ordering pad. Although, she was short staffed and mostly working alone, the lady behind the counter didn't hesitate to come out and help us to get what we were wanting. So sweet, she joked with my daughter and made time for us while still maintaining the drive thru orders that were flooding in. A true master at multitasking. I wish I had gotten her name, but to the wonderful black lady with her hair in a ponytail and French tip nails, we thank you!“

“A rarely write reviews but just had to say I wish I had the name of the woman working the drive thru on 1/26 around 7pm. She was incredibly kind and even though I had to wait a few minutes she checked everything to make sure my order was correct. It’s rare to have such great service like that in fast food. So kudos to her for going above and beyond. She honestly made my night a little better.“
