Taco Bell in Jacksonville

“I’ve been coming here for a while. The night crew is the BEST. Management please be appreciative of the employees you have staying for the late hours. They are absolutely AMSOME and make sure my order is correct and nice and hot. They all deserve a raise that has been there. Not the newer employees.“

“I did a pick up order through the drive-through and the service was quick efficient and the Guy at the window was so kind and even waited to make my Baja freeze and other drink until I got there so it would be fresh! That really stuck out to me since that’s something other people really don’t think about and it was so appreciated!“

“They did forget something in my order and when I called they were so so sweet and thanked me for letting them fix it. There is another Taco Bell near base, in Jacksonville and I don’t care how close I am too that location, I’ll always go only to this location. They are the best Taco Bell. Other Taco Bell is rude and the food is hard to believe it’s from the same place as this location.“

The reason I’m giving Taco Bell four stars instead of five is that food quality, order accuracy, cleanliness, and service speed can vary significantly depending on the location. More consistency would make the overall experience even better. Sometimes our food is missing an item or two and we notice when we arrive home to eat. On occassion some items were not what we ordered.

Overall, Taco Bell is a solid four star recommendation. Affordable food, a huge variety of menu options, convenient service, and plenty of flavorful choices make it a dependable fast food option.“

“Went through the drive thru on Thursday, unfortunately one of our items were left out of the bag and I didn't notice until I got home. I ended up calling the store to let them know that I was missing an item and thank goodness for Bill because he made sure I had options to receive my missing item. He is such a sweetheart and went out of his way to make things right.“
