Went through the drive thru on Thursday, unfortunately one of our items were left out of the bag and I didn't notice until I got home. I ended up calling the store to let them know that I was missing an item and thank goodness for Bill because he made sure I had options to receive my missing item. He is such a sweetheart and went out of his way to make things right.
The manager on night shift is amazin'. They need more people like him.
