“As previous owners of Southern Scoops and Sandwiches we finally got a chance to stop by to try the New owners Menu.I had the Bang Bang Shrimp that came with fries and slaw it was tasty . My Husband ordered the Chicken Sirachi Sandwich which came with 2 huge pieces of chicken with fries . Which he said was very good. We finished lunch with our favorite Hershey Ice Cream ? Which was spectacular ?“
“The fries were freshly cooked. The milk shake was great. The double cheeseburgers, seemed liked they had been setting a little while. They were warm, appeared a little dried out, but charco-broiled taste was good. The staff was always checking on things, cleaning trays, more ice tea, etc. The sign says this is one of the top 5 Hardee's in the US.“
“Haven't personally had a bad experience with the food, but others will disagree. Drive thru takes WAY too long. I've never gone and not had to park my car and wait for 5+ minutes. Going inside and you get food almost instantly. Staff seems friendly enough.“
“A friend and I ate here today and had a wonderful experience. The pub burger with fries were scrumptious. The wait staff was very attentive and helpful. Multiple staff members asked how we were doing and made sure we were having a good experience. I even purchased a t-shirt!! Can’t wait to return. I can’t wait for the patio to open.“
“BEST BURGER AROUND! Honestly this was maybe the best burger I’ve had in my life! Absolutely delicious burger, potato wedges were amazing, and the thickest bacon slices ever!! Ordered from the kiosk and grabbed a beverage from the bar. My food showed up right after that! Quick and perfect! If you’re anywhere near West Jefferson you gotta check this place out!!!“
“This is a local bar. It's everything you want in a local bar. People know each other, food is great bar food and service is fun. No need to make it more than it is...it's awesome as is. Love it. Missed our Midwest bars and this hit the spot.“
“We have eaten here at least twice a week for two years. Don't ask why, too long a story, but I have a real issue with the fries. They are consistently barely warm. Occasionally they are actually warm and once they were actually hot. Only once. How? Even when service is very fast, and it's usually pretty quick, fries are still all but cold. I used to work in a McDonald's, so I'm doubly confused about how this happens.“
“I cannot tell you how happy i am with the service i just received from Wendy’s. Ive been eating here on and off since i was a child, and the past few years its been nothing short of disappointing. Food was almost always incorrect, wait times were abhorrent, and the workers were nothing short of disrespectful. But today i stopped in, the lady at the drive through was extremely helpful and friendly, my food was correct (and absolutely delicious), and i was in and out of the drive through in less than 5 minutes. I don’t know if management has changed or what happened but hats off to the whole team at Wendy’s, i am beyond impressed.“
“Great service, extremely friendly and attentive. Take the other reviews with a grain of salt, the manager said they went through a rough spot trying to maintain staffing. We came in at 8pm, the server welcomed us at the door and checked on us regularly. Beers were served in a chilled glass. Burger was hand made and cooked to order (a little charred with crispy bacon and well done onions). The meatloaf was good the sides were ‘ok’ but what you would expect for a small country dinner. Prices are very fair. Come with realistic expectations and you will be happy and full. I will be back.“
