“This review is for the restaurant. This place is also a decently stocked Mexican grocery store and butcher shop.We had four pork flour tacos and they along with the onions, sauce etc. and tasted very good. The place has a 93 sanitary rating which is pretty good. The only reason it has four stars and not five is because the menu does not have prices listed. The price I was charged seemed a bit on the high side but the taste of the freshly cooked tacos was well worth it.“
“Cannot beat their prices, I don't care where you go! Very friendly. Great selection! Authentic little restaurant in the back. You won't get any more delicious true Mexican food, made by the Latino natives. Even have excellent choice of soft drinks, both Mexican and American. Even REAL Coke, with real sugar, not high fructose corn syrup!“
“I have been in their a few times and it's nice, my friend and mechanic Sam Weir has his shop right behind this place, so that's why mainly that I'm by their frequently,, and it's a great place to get your car worked on, Sam is an awesome mechanic and friend!!!“

“This place is incredible. I've visited 3 times. Every time I've eaten herethe food was perfect and delicious. Great chips and salsa for free.
The restaurant is beautiful as well. Gorgeous artwork all around the booths and chairs. It's really spectacular.
The staff is so friendly and attentive.
Definitely choose this spot.“

“We had Monte D Rey fix the food for a Taco Bar at our son's wedding for 150 people. They did a fantastic job on the portions and the quality was excellent. Guest were bragging on the taste all night. Could not have picked a better meal plan or restaurant. A BIG THANKS to Oscar and his team.....“

“This place is a gem! The food is fresh and the service was great! The food is authentic and great portions as well. The gentlemen at the front counter taking the orders was very friendly and helpful. I had such a wonderful experience with my wife June eating here today. Just look at the fresh guacamole in my photos !! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for good authentic Mexican food in Jefferson area. Just don't come on Tuesday because I think this is the one day they are closed.“
