“the wines were very good. The Riesling was our favorite. We brought some food from the Italian restaurant right up the road from the vineyard. We also took our dogs with us, they brought water out for them and were happy to have them there. We didn't purchase any but they did have some cheese and snacks that you can buy. we will definitely go back if we're in the area again.“
“My Friend and I arrived at 5pm and Tamara set us up for a wonderful tasting. She was very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable regarding each wine we were interested in. I purchased the Christmas Red and my friend purchased the Rose’. A good time was had by all.“
“We arrived in time for lunch (brought in from Shiloh General Store), tasted a few wines with friendly staff member, Bill, met one of the owners, and purchased a chilled bottle of the 22 Tangled Oak Blanc to go with our sandwiches. Despite it being a humid day in July, we found a comfortable spot under the covered area of the patio downstairs and overlooking the pond to eat. It was not uncomfortably hot although I do look forward to returning this fall if not before.“
“Wendy provided an amazingly educational experience. When things calmed down she took us down to teach us about wine creation. Literally the BEST vineyard experience we've had ALL weekend!!! Thank you for being extremely personal and loving!!!! We will be back!!!“

Grassy Creek Vineyard & Winery
Absolutely phenomenal experience! Wayne and Joyce were incredible hosts—welcoming, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable about their wines. You can truly feel their passion in every conversation and every pour.
The wine selection was outstanding, with something to please every palate, and the atmosphere was warm, relaxed, and inviting. This winery is a true gem, and the personal touch from Wayne and Joyce made our visit unforgettable.
We highly recommend Grassy Creek Vineyard & Winery and cannot wait to return. Thank you for such an amazing experience!“
“I have visited this winery several times over the years and I always have a wonderful time. The staff is top notch! The wines are incredible and I love the Unique names! They are a laid back winery with fun and welcoming atmosphere. P.S PLEASE bring back the Original After Dinna D’lite!!!!!“
“Great facility, great wines.“
“Great Wines, Great Food Truck, Great Music, with family and friends.“
“We have always enjoyed our visits and the Reislin is our favorite“
“Good wine, a perfect place to sit, and they let you bring your own food. Although, they frequently have great food trucks.“
“After going to Shadow Springs, we visited Windsor Run Cellars and this was the end to a perfect wine tour of the Yadkin. We had a party bus of 20 and Chuck, the group coordinator for the wineries, allowed our bus to follow him over to Windsor Run. Once there, we had our choice between a wine tasting or spirits tasting. Most of our group chose spirits and it was AMAZING!!
John lead us through our tasting and not only did we LOVE what we had, everyone purchased A LOT to go home with, because everything was so delish! The winery group enjoyed the wine tasting as well.
I highly recommend this distillery and wine cellar.“
“Piccone is such a warm and inviting vineyard! I always have such a wonderful time when I go!“
“Great place overall. We were just passing thru so we had a brief experience but it was fantastic. A couple glasses of wine and a walk thru the grounds. Very knowledgeable and friendly waitress.“
“We’ve lived up near here for 18 months and finally made our way over. Super surprised. The Table Wine was great, the Chardonnay is a traditional Orange Wine like they make in Paso Robles. The Tempranillo and Malbec were spot on. Glad they have some sweet wines to suit everyone’s palette. Really fun day for sure.“

“The venue is top notch as are the wines and staff. You won’t get a better nice day out on the side of a mountain.
My only complaint is that they aren’t dog friendly, which I appreciate as each business is entitled to set their own boundaries. We would frequent more often if well behaved pups were allowed.“
