Michael went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect — friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. It’s always a pleasure to be treated like a valued guest. I also want to thank City BBQ for their incredible support of our military. Offering free meals to Veterans on Veterans Day is such a thoughtful and meaningful gesture. It’s wonderful to see a company that not only serves great food but also shows true appreciation for those who’ve served our country. Thank you, City BBQ and Michael, for being an amazing team and an example of what great service and community support look like! Also would like to mention Allie for her awesome service when she waits on me.“

“My husband and I came in today and very sweet southern young lady waited on us and brought us our food ...she was very pleasant and the food was delicious! Bless her heart ...she seemed to be the only waitress in the whole building, but she never lost her smile! We need more employees like her ! Keep up the great work !!“

“Was traveling thru the Area..........First time eating at this Cagneys on gumtree road..........FOOD OUTSTANDING AS DID THE SERVICE......we ordered and 10 minutes we had our food.......waitress checked on us every 7 to 10 minutes........very pleasant atmosphere.......extremely cleaned......WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK.............HUFFMAN FAMILY......“

“It was a great experience. We were in our RV and the gentleman that took our order was friendly and asked us about where we were traveling feom... Also when we asked for condiments and other items for our meals. 😁 The orders were out quick and with no mistaes.“
