This Starbucks is always my favorite one to go to. All of the ladies working there are always nice and greet you with a smile on their face. They always get my order right . ALWAYS. I refuse to go to the other one in Kernersville. If I pay for additions to my coffee , I expect to receive them in my drink. This location always does it.
Always busy. This location is busy for a reason. Terrific staff and very responsive. Tonya knows my wife and I by name and is always extremely helpful and resolving any issues. Any issues are usually from the lack of supplies not from customer service. Keep up the good work.
