We had a very pleasant lunch at this Arby's as we stopped to take a break on our long drive. There was an employee named Sally who made the experience pleasant and memorable. She was constantly checking on the guests who were dining in, she was always polite and friendly, and when I had an issue with trying to use a coupon, she helped me figure it out. All of our food was hot, fresh and delicious, and the restaurant was clean and in nice condition. I would come back to this Arby's...read full review

Arby's offers standard food with a variety of options, including the popular Lamb Gyro sandwiches. While the service has improved, some visits may still be hit or miss. The cashier's attitude can affect the atmosphere, and there may be inconsistencies in food quality and drink preparation. The staff may sometimes be unprepared, with missing sauce options and tables not properly cleaned. Customers have noted that the menu may differ from other Arby's locations, and some items may not be available. The management style, particularly during busy times, can come off as harsh rather than welcoming. Additionally, the restaurant's accessibility for individuals with mobility issues is limited due to high curbs and an inclined parking lot. Despite these drawbacks, the food quality remains a highlight and is often taken to go. Customers generally find the staff welcoming and nice, and the food is often good, with some appreciating the quick service when managed well. One positive aspect is the cleanliness of the place, and the cashier Sierra has been praised for her good customer service.
