Awful service! No other customers, staff just standing around. I tried to order and was told that I could find it in the freezer. It wasn't there, then the worker didn't believe me and took her time to come out and see for herself. . So sad. Then I was charged for double bag and a cup of ice. Tsk, tsk...
Went to Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins in Knightdale NC for a hot chai tea. And the owners are nice enough but there's a problem with the communication. A friend ordered @ the speaker box but when he gets to the drive thru window his food isn't ready and the female owner (owner's wife) says NO order was placed. 2days later I go in for an online order and have just as much confusion with the owner when I try to purchase additional items.
They do get the food right, but the attitude from the girl taking orders was very unprofessional. Customers should not stand for this. Secondly, every time they do not give you a receipt unless you ask.
