“Had the BBQ jerk chicken at Bug Fest today. service was fast, alot of food & it was all delicious. The chicken's flavor was on point. plantains were perfect & the greens were flavorful. Would definitely would get food from here again.“

“Walked up to this food truck and was immediately greeted by amazing smells! The gentleman working the counter wasn't overly talkative but that's fine, the man was focused.I ordered a Caribbean shrimp quesadilla, a jerk chicken eggroll, and a strawberry lemonade.The quesadilla was good. The shrimp was cooked nice but there wasn't a lot of volume to this quesadilla. Just cheese and shrimp, not a whole lot of flavor for me. All quesadillas are served with chips and queso, big bonus for me! Then the eggroll, these things are MASSIVE! An eggroll stuffed with Cabbage and jerk chicken, wooo these things packed some heat but they were delicious. I split the eggroll with a friend of mine who couldn't stop raving about the jerk chicken quesadilla and the eggroll.I gotta say, if you're looking for some delicious jerk chicken or Caribbean food, give this food truck a try!“

I ordered a drink I didn’t like at all and he took it back without any hassle, then made sure I got something way better that I actually enjoyed. Super attentive, professional, and easygoing the whole time. Would definitely ask for him again.“

“Ate at their food truck today in Apex, NC. Food was excellent! Spicy enough to feel it, flavorful; the chicken was incredibly juicy! I got the 4 meat sampler platter and everything I had was delicious. The ox tail is particularly good. Plus, the staff were super friendly and helpful! Very cheery and passionate about their food. These guys are great!“

We ordered wings, macaroni & cabbage to go & when we got home to eat our food the food was good but very very salty we couldn’t even finish it. We paid $15+ for some high blood pressure food that we couldn’t even eat what a waist.“
