They were short-staffed this morning and only had drive-thru service. That was ok, as they were fast, efficient, friendly and got my order correct! Kudos to the group of ladies working this morning for making a rainy and wet Friday get started off right!
I always order caramel latte hot with an extra shot of expresso. The service is fast, but sometimes you may get a rude employee at the drive-thru, which I would consider to make for a bad atmosphere and customer service. I didn't give 5 stars because it's happened more than 3 times. Other than that, everything I have ordered was good.
When they can actually make hot food (which is less than 50% of the time I come here) it’s better than most Dunkin locations. Same with drinks. But don’t come here and expect hot food items.
