Can’t get the order correct and are rude when told the order is not correct. The manager is the worst!!
She was rude and turned and walked away from our conversation.
McDonald's in Knightdale is literally the ONLY place & McDonald's locations I've been to that charges their customers $.40 cents for 1 pack of syrup AT BREAKFAST TIME. 🙄
I try not to come to this location if it can be avoided due to experiencing a few rude McDonald's employees that act like it's a problem to ask them for sauces / napkin straws etc. (2 separate trips, and 2 different workers) . Extremely disrespectful, young, so-called managers and other employees. The only ones that treat you well are the older employees. That staff they have in the evenings/night...they make this location horrible.
