The staff was excellent excellent...very personable..greet you immediately...looks like a place in which they are happy to be there...the food was good. I was disappointed about the flat bread being taken off the menu..but will definitely go back. The brownies were delicious..gewey in the middle..yummy!

I give this Panera Bread in Particular five stars for the bathroom being cleaner then the hospital. I went and had told them the dark roast coffee pot was empty that they had only a little bit. They said they already had one in the back after one other employee had told me it was going to take five minutes to fill up. Ita an A plus for this Panera bread

We especially love how we are welcomed by everyone there with broad smiles, quick service and attention to detail. Bea could not be any more welcoming and friendly to us when we arrive several times a week. Panera is extremely fortunate to have her accommodating attitude and giving heart on staff.
