A place in order today using a GrubHub coupon that I had and went through the drive-thru. The person in charge was very rude and told me that I had to get out and come in because it was a GrubHub order. I'm handicapped with a cane. She got upset and handed me an order through the window and when I got home it was not even my order.

We love our local Panera Bread here in Knightdale.
We especially love how we are welcomed by everyone there with broad smiles, quick service and attention to detail. Bea could not be any more welcoming and friendly to us when we arrive several times a week. Panera is extremely fortunate to have her accommodating attitude and giving heart on staff. Becky and I really look forward to our next memorable visit.

The staff was excellent excellent...very personable..greet you immediately...looks like a place in which they are happy to be there...the food was good. I was disappointed about the flat bread being taken off the menu..but will definitely go back. The brownies were delicious..gewey in the middle..yummy!
