This was a take out order and all the food is in the trash. ??????????Just watching the kids prepare the food was unsanitary. This place makes me sick. Waste of money, time, gas. Whoever owns this place should just close the kitchen. The chicken tasted BAD. The burger wasn’t even touched after looking at it. ??????*** In response to the company reply ***When a customer buys food and its so bad that all the food is thrown into the trash, the company should automatically give the money back. It just shows this place DOES NOT CARE. Look at all the past reviews. Its the same stuff over and over. The person preparing the food handled food, trash, REGISTER and with no gloves. DISGUSTING of a business.

The place is OK, and it seems unorganized. The employees at entry helpful when ordering togo but need to be more welcoming or actually great you and not conversate with each other so much with things not concerning work business, the food is so so just not for me the pizza sauce wasn't to good and the for the price just not worth it for me.

Service and atmosphere was good! Nice vibe to it. Wish they had music playing at least. It was very quiet. I was expecting better food but wasn’t horrible. Not sure if I would visit again. Maybe if I’m in a rush. Their bar is great though with TVs for sports!

The workers were nice enough, but the food took a long time to get and wasn't all that great. The pizza was bland and there was not a significant amount of good meat on the wings. The best part of the experience was the fountain drink (although someone had spilled liquid in the straw holder and all the bottoms of the straws had a moist wrapper).

I have to say this was the last time I'll order from here. We didn't order our to go food ahead of time so I knew there would be a wait, which is fine. Placed order at 4:39 and didn't get it until 5:07, which is 2 minutes under the time you told me. However, when you tell me it's going to be 30 minutes and then you and your co-worker stand and chat for 10 minutes, not even fixing ANY food for ANYone, let alone, my order, it's unacceptable. Plus, the one female was wearing gloves however, the gentleman was not and he was just taking the bread out of a huge, what looks like a garbage bag, and slicing them and putting them back, no gloves. He didn't put gloves on or start working on our order until, what I think was one of the managers, came in at 5 pm for his/her shift. Unacceptable!!! My son was with me and he works in the restaurant industry and he had to walk outside and wait because he was so irritated!

I've inquired with Yelp to see if negative stars can be left... absolutely horrible service and staff. Waited over an hour for our meals (there were only two other tables) and they were mostly wrong or burnt. Waited another 30 minutes for our last item to be brought which was then undercooked. I would much rather eat a week old uncrustable pb&j sandwich my toddler left under the couch than anything from this place. Would highly recommend staying away from this place!

I can't get enough of the cheese calzones here. Great atmosphere always with a friendly crowd. You can walk into some places and feel real out of place but not here. From the first day I stopped in people asked me my name and clinking beers. Cheers Rudinos. I need to take some new pics of the best calzone around.
I absolutely love this place! The food, the staff, the owner…5 stars. This is your perfect neighborhood bar! The bartenders are amazing! I have been going here for months and they always remember me! They provide top notch customer service. I’ve started to feel like the people here are family! Nene, Kurt, Tori are amazing just to name a few ! The Royal pizza is our favorite. Got to love the club grinder! You can’t go wrong here! You’ll meet friends eat some great food and certainly have an amazing time! We go several days a month consistently!Kid-friendliness: They have an area for kids and a few games that are kid friendly!

If you want great drinks and a good atmosphere come here! Great food, attentive bartenders, good company: always a great watering hole at any hour. We live a few miles away and have been going here for the past for months and this place does not disappoint! Grinders, crispy wings and any pizza are my top choices.

Service was very good. Grinder average however, the pizza rolls were awful. We both did not feel well after eating them. They also were extremely salty!Bathroom stall doors were very dirty and the toilet seats were so stained that you had a hard time telling if there was urine on them or just stained. This Rudino location is essentially just a bar.
