“Read all the great reviews and they are true. Stopped by last night and had maybe the best tacos I've had since moving to NC in '05....the handmade tortillas were outstanding as well as the barbacoa and pollo, and the carnitas were absolutely perfect, slightly crispy the way I like 'em, not semi-soggy like some places serve it, which is OK but not my preference.They even gave me both salsa roja AND salsa verde (I like to mix 'em) without me even having to ask.Both Maritsa & Jadina? (my apologies if I got it wrong!) were super nice. I just can't believe how lucky I am to find authentic mexican food less than 6 miles from my house....it's like striking gold.Like the patriarch at my favorite family-owned mexican restaurant across the street from my apt. in Chicago told me back in like '92 when he looked at me from over his Chicago Tribune: "You leeve in the nayborhood?" "Right across the street" "You'll be a regoolar coostomer", and went back to his paper.He was right. And I will.“

“I got one of each style of taco, 2 steak 1 chicken tinga. The meat was full of smoky flavor, tender, and they weren’t stingy! The generous toppings pair well with the meat, the tradicional was my favorite style. I love the simple ordering style. The place itself is inviting, clean, with a nice vibe in a historic building. The atmosphere was a bit weird as its behind a gas station: mostly we just had issues finding it as Google wasn't very specific. *Its slightly hidden behind the BP lol.

“Stopped by to try their street tacos. My wife ordered 2 chicken tacos with onion and cilantro. Chicken had flavor but was slightly dry. The tortilla fell apart towards the end.
I ordered the quesabirria tacos. Order has 3 tacos and birria broth on the side. I have had many of these tacos but none like these. These Birria Tacos are absolutely delicious 😋 the have flavor, tortilla is crispy, fresh cilantro and onion. Broth has so much flavor i did not waste a drop.
