Food was great. Usually skeptical about food trucks as they’re known to be greasy and not authentic. The food here was great. Flavor was authentic and the best part is that they have HOMEMADE tortillas. You will not come across a food truck this good. I stopped by visiting some friends and was truly amazed. I never write reviews. 5/5!!

Vive La Vida is a food truck offering some of the best Mexican food and best food truck food. It is a favorite place to eat with reasonable prices. The food is genuinely excellent, with authentic flavor. One customer got a steak burrito with all the fixings and cilantro, adding hot sauce. Another enjoyed chilaquiles. The truck is operated with care by super nice people, offering good food, good people, and good vibes. They also provide ice and jurritos. Located near the hemp store in Knightdale, it is a hidden gem worth stopping by for a taco. The only thing missing is a beer, but the food is so good customers cannot stop eating.
