Really great little roadside diner-esque restaurant. Great burger and fries.

2nd time here, and we were hoping it was better than the first. Wasn't. Service lackluster at best. Ordered typical assortment of breakfast foods. Rather than charging us for a combo of the items, we were charged a la carte, which totalled about $2 more. Water served in a disposable plastic cup. Food blah, bacon had a weird old taste. If waitress had been interested, might would've mentioned these things but the staff was very young, disinterested, and slow. We won't be back

Apparently, you have to be a "local" to be served here. Went there after golf and two tables of people got asked their drinks before I did, they came in AFTER me! I never did get one of the two young girls to acknowledge my existence! So I got up and left!

So this is a solid breakfast spot, you get your eggs and bacon, biscuits if you like, omelets. Coffee was good. Service was great and very polite. Seems like a family business and that's nice. We went Tuesday thinking they were open based on postings, but they weren't yet. Maybe a seasonal thing, we called before arriving this morning to double check. Food came out fast and they accommodated our request for extra crispy bacon. They had a blackboard with postings of the daily lunch or dinner menu, meatloaf, chicken fried steak, several other yummy options that came with sides like Mac and cheese or collards. They also sell preserves and some local items if you'd like to pick up something for home or your rental. We will be back next time we are in the area!

It's a nice basic family grill with friendly service. The food is decent. Not 5 star spectacular which is why we chose it.

Noticed all the reviews here were years old so figured I'd weigh in. I have had breakfast here a number of times because of convenience and it's passable but nothing great. One day we came in around 10:30 for breakfast and told we couldn't get it, it was lunch time. So we ordered lunch and it was very mediocre. And they had BLTs as well as eggs so we didn't get why it was so hard to have breakfast- very Five Easy Pieces. Locally owned but so is everything else in the area so try something better.
