Me and the wife ordered a few subs. Her order was fine. I got the Italian and what they served was absolute dog vomit all the pieces of meat that's like little bits and pieces instead of cold cuts the stuff that's been sitting at the bottom won't allow me to post a picture but absolutely horrible After I posted on one man's junk the manager kept on asking to make it right said he would reimburse or make a bunch of free, give me a credit, etc. etc. etc. horrible place and I come...read full review
The general manager, I talked to as a clown. He tried to put the blame on an employee opposed to just saying that it was his lack of training and direction. Waste of money and couldn’t eat food and wanted me to turn around and make a 40 to 45 minute round-trip to be reimbursed. Clown show.
Stopped here on the way home from a trip… thought that it wouldn’t take long because it wasn’t that busy. Had to wait about 15 minutes to order and when it was my turn the lady kept telling me I would have to wait for them to catch up on orders… I understand they have a drive-they as well, but come on.
