The food and service are top notch but there are teenagers working outside in the line when it’s 64 outside during a tropical storm. This is unacceptable. I asked the nice girl “do they not give you rain jackets?” And she said she forgot hers and kind of shrugged. I’m sure as an employer it’s frustrating when teenagers forget things but come on, it’s cold and raining.

We ate today June 7, 2025 around 3:30 pm at the Leland Chick-Fil-A location and it was not a good experience. First the dining room was absolutely disgusting. The tables were dirty and there was trash and food under most of the tables It felt like we were in a McDonalds. We only eat fast food at Chick-Fil-A and I've never been in one that was so dirty. Horrible customer service. Order was completely wrong and when I tried to tell the person who handed me my order that, he over talked me and wouldn’t allow me to explain what the problem with the food was.
