Visited the 600 Bush River Rd, Columbia, SC 29210 location on 09/01 at 9:30 pm. My order came to $27.14, the cashier ran my card for the amount. It went through on my end, however, the cashier stated the transaction was cancelled. She had given us our food, no drinks, but she ran my card for the remaining $6.45 I had left on my account. Great burgers, great selection of sides and the best sweet tea by far!
Cook Out in Forest City, NC is a JOKE!!! Management must not care whatsoever about the constant complaints and bad reviews. They continuously serve disgusting food, INCREDIBLY SMALL PORTIONS, charge you for every single thing they can, OVER CHARGE for the food you receive, terrible customer service, and they don't address any of these issues, EVER!!!
