We are truly disappointed. My husband and I love the food and their smoothies, but their service is not the best. The store doesn't close until 8 but when i called to place an order at 6:45, the phone was off the hook. I thought maybe someone else was placing and order so i continued to try for the next 15 minutes but continued to get a busy signal. Always quick service and one of the few places that has decently healthy menu items. Dont forget to ask for your military discount if applicable. And I highly recommend using the app...I seem to get $5 rewards pretty regularly and considering the already cheap menu prices, it is a go to when the kids want to get out of the house.

I love Tropical Smoothie! They have several convientent locations and a ton of varieties of smoothies to choose from and they are all delicious and healthy! Excellent customer service and very quick so you don't have to wait long. They also have delicious food.
