I had the best sub from here I have had in a very long time. I will come from Morganton to get subs there now. The young lady that took my order was very polite. The man that done my toppings and toasted my sub, amazing job Patrick. He also didn't just glob on my southwest sauce, he added it with flair and it looked great, like this was his restraunt and he wanted us to come back. Just had such a wonderful customer service experience at the subway in Lenoir beside of Food Lion. I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name, but he was super friendly, and had such a positive attitude! Even recommended me try something that I absolutely loved!! Overall one of the best experiences I’ve had. Made my day for sure.

The sandwiches are generally good here because you decide exactly what you want on your sandwich and the ingredients are typically fresh and tasty.. I only wish that when there is a new person putting your sandwich together that they are supervised by an experienced crew member who can jump in and help when things don't go exactly right.. don't just leave them on the line to figure it out on their own... it really upsets the customer who would like the product to resemble a sandwich...read full review
