Very friendly staff. I love tropical smoothie!
Exceptional service. I was late for a job interview and they reached out to me because I didn't have time to pick up my drink. They offered to put it in their freezer for me until I could pick it up. So considerate and exceptional hospitality. Will definitely be coming back!
Out of all the tropical smoothies around here, this spot is my favorite! Never had any trouble with my smoothies

Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Lexington, NC is a favorite spot for fresh food and smoothies. The food and smoothies are outstanding, with fresh ingredients and flavors that are spot-on and perfectly prepared. The establishment is clean, well-kept, bright, inviting, and comfortable. The exceptional team is polite, welcoming, and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a great dining experience. The staff is wonderful, hardworking, and friendly, moving as fast as possible to bring orders quick even when many orders come in. One customer had no problems changing the pineapple to orange juice due to food allergies, and recommends the location 100%. Another customer was late for a job interview and the staff reached out because there was no time to pick up the drink, offering to put it in their freezer until it could be picked up. This location is a fantastic, wholesome spot for the whole family and a new favorite place. Customers will definitely be back and will drive 20 minutes to this one before driving to a location closer to them. Everyone needs to try it out and download the app to get discounts.
