“The best Eastern North Carolina style BBQ around here hands down. The vinegar based sauce has a nice tang and bite to it and it had just enough heat to let you know it's there without being unpleasant. The portion was great and the service was awesome. 10 of 10. Will be back!“

“I've known the owners all my life and have enjoyed Village Inn all my life. The food is always good I make it a point when I am home to swing by and get something to eat. I tell all my friends that drive 95 south they must go by there only open Thursday thru Saturday its all been that way. I love this place.“

“The smash burgers here are well worth the wait. The place looks unassuming when you first see it, but don't pass it by without stopping in and grabbing a burger. It is easily the best place in the whole town of Fairmont NC to get something to eat.“

“First time coming here and they did not disappoint. From walking in the front door with a friendly greeting to delicious food. There were 4 of us and each of us all said the food was delicious. We had Cheeseburgers, chicken and chili cheese fries top with pulled pork ( asked them to make it themselves, the fries with pulled pork on top) and it was delicious as well as the cole slaw.. thank you for the great food and great service!“
