I order an EMB Pep, two bread sticks and a drink every Tuesday. I come so much they have remember my order and every sauce I want with it. I love that they pay attention to customers!!
Very friendly and great customer service. The drive thru line is a little wait but once I got to the window she apologized and let me know what the issue was. Which their drive thru speaker doesn't work properly. The fact that she took accountability to apologize was awesome!
These 2 young men, and young lady were truly, exhausted. The amount of pizza they prepared, and sent out the windows and front door was Amazing. Between the time of 8:50 - 9:05 pm on Tuesday ̈June 30, 2026 was no less than 25 pies. The owner of this establishment located on Robert's Ave. in Lumberton, NC should be EXTREMELY PROUD of this Crew. The smoothness of the systematic way they operated was spot on. If YOU do not give them a Raise, we'll someone will. Just Saying....read full review
