Went to J Arthur's tonight, October 31, 2025. Server didn't know a whole lot about the menu. Salad only consisted of red onion, lettuce and a tomato wedge with croutons. Dressing was watered down. I asked the server if their steaks were cooked over charcoal and he said yes. I ordered a $55 bone-in ribeye and it was very tough and definitely not cooked over charcoal. We arrived at 8:30, was told to order in 5 minutes kitchen was closing but was told they close at 10pm. My husband was told he had enough time to order one more drink, bar was closing because bartender wanted to leave early. Waitress forgot about us several times and actually told us that.
