So it’s very small. They cannot accommodate many dine ins at all. However if you’re patient enough to wait, you will not be disappointed. The food and service is fantastic. My whole party left completely satisfied. I am a fan and will definitely eat there again. Thanks for a wonderful dining experience.

My daughter and I stopped in after skiing each week during her ski school. The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming and super friendly. It’s a nice cozy space. See you next winter!

Best Italian restaurant in Maggie Valley. Got it to go. Chicken Marsala and Calzine. It was hot and awesome.

We had our 42nd anniversary dinner there tonight. All 5 star ⭐️!! Best eggplant parmigiana we have ever had !! Thank you to Melissa for spectacular service tonight. A special evening. We will return !!!

Best Italian food in the valley, it is a small cozy place with great service I had lasagna it was cooked perfectly my wife had the chicken piccata the chicken was so tender and the pasta was also cooked perfectly garlic knots that came with our meal were also delicious, other tables had pizza that looked delicious I can't wait to go back and try their Pizza, I've passed by them a few times in the past couple weeks I'm glad I stopped and gave it a try ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you haven’t eaten at Pavino’s Pizza yet… what are you doing?! I just had an amazing meal there and had to share. I ordered the Margherita pizza, chicken tenders and fries, and cheese sticks—and everything was on point. The Margherita pizza? Perfection. It has the ideal bite: the sauce is subtle but flavorful, and you can actually taste the spices. The dough is light—filling without being heavy—so you can enjoy the whole slice without feeling stuffed. The fries are crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and not greasy at all. Just how fries should be. And those cheese sticks? Golden, crispy outside with the perfect cheese pull. You can really taste the cheese, and again—zero grease. On top of the great food, Pavino’s is easy on the wallet, and the service is top-notch. Sherry and her team are professional, friendly, and make you feel right at home. So again… if you haven’t eaten at Pavino’s—what are you waiting for?! You won’t be disappointed

We tried Pavinos for the first time tonight and got their special (surpreme) pizza and it was amazing! We will definitely be back to try calzones, burgers and other items!

so far, we've had the Philly Cheese steaks with FF and Onion Rings and the Hotdogs and the Calzone. All of them were superb and it's amazing how a small food truck puts the brick and mortars to shame in how to properly cook onion rings. Gonna eventually get to those delicious looking pizzas.
