We stopped here on our trip to Cherokee, great cozy place with amazing smoked baked beans just right! loved the corn on the cob you must have ! Grilled Texas toast and amazing pulled pork! Finished off with delicious peach cobbler with ice cream wand whipped cream!
staff was friendly and warm and our waitress was very attentive to all our needs and orders .
If you are ever traveling through, stop and enjoy this great place to eat !

Awesome service and the food was delicious! We'll be back for sure.
First time I’ve been there. The server was very friendly and helpful. Our portions was huge!! The mac n cheese was to die for! The bread could’ve been a little fresher but it was edible. We needed to go boxes and had our leftovers for dinner that night. Definitely worth the trip.

Pop's Butts On The Creek LLC is a cozy roadside BBQ restaurant with a lovely setting overlooking a creek. The atmosphere is welcoming, but it can feel a bit cramped due to limited seating. The food is generally decent, with standout dishes such as the combo appetizer featuring thick fries with cheese sauce and pulled pork, as well as the hushpuppies. Specific menu items that have received praise include the half chicken, pulled pork, fried catfish, hush puppies, collards, and okra, all described as delicious and reminiscent of homemade cooking. The hamburger has also been highlighted as one of the best customers have ever had. However, the brisket plate has received mixed reviews, with some finding it lacking in flavor and not served warm.
The service is friendly, and customers have noted the kind and gracious staff. While there are some complaints about attentiveness, many have praised the excellent service. The views of the creek are a highlight, with guests enjoying the peaceful atmosphere while watching ducks from their tables. The screened-in porch along the river adds to the charm of the dining experience.
Overall, despite a few minor drawbacks, Pop's Butts On The Creek LLC remains a great option for a casual BBQ meal, offering a welcoming atmosphere and a variety of tasty dishes that leave many customers satisfied.
