I've ordered delivery from here for a while now, 2 years ago it was fine. Every time I've ordered in the last few months though, it takes over an hour every time to get the delivery, sometimes 2 hours. Food is always cold and soggy. I understand being busy, but to wait 2 hours for cold soggy food? Unacceptable. They never answer the phone either. Pizza is awesome but I'm always put on hold for half an hour or more when I call to order. Most people around here will not order from here simple because it takes so long to for them to answer the phone. The app doesn't have the options that I want but the pizza really is good
