**Papa Johns Pizza** has received mixed reviews. The food is good, but there have been issues with orders being messed up. The pizza often lacks enough toppings and has air bubbles. The knots are always the best part of the order. There are problems with phone service; calls are put on hold for a long time, and no one answers. One order was left on the front porch by a DoorDash driver without notification. The food was cold and not well made, and three requested condiments were missing. After a visit to the store, the evening manager completely remade the order to satisfaction.
