Tyler and his crew are tried and true! Tyler has such a welcoming personality that makes you sort of feel like family. I’ve witnessed this indirectly (with other patriots) as well as directly. This is a reason I visit the Matthews store at least 1-2 times a week.
The fellas working the day we dropped by for lunch bagels were great! Kind of a comedy show but very friendly and efficient! Not to mention how clean everything was! Thanks for the bakers dozen y'all! We will definitely be back!
Quality has gone down hill.
Western bagel was dry.. no sauce even when i asked to make sure they added extra.
And they are hiding their sanitation rating.. 88%
