When I decide that I want xtra protein I will now go inside to order and watch them make my food. I ordered online today and ordered extra protein. Because of previous experience, I opened the tray in front of the server and had to ask where is the Protein. NONE! On line ordering with Chipotle Matthews is not good if you want what you paid for.
We went to Chipotle tonight for an event and it was so dirty and disgusting! There was food everywhere on the counters, floors, every table was dirty, and out of most ingredients. The dust on the glass hasn’t been cleaned in days. The utensil holders had water sitting in the bottom instead of cleaning it and instead of cleaning it, the employee just opened a new box and places on the counter for everyone to dig their hands inside.
It was gross!!!
Came back after my last experience to try them again. I ordered a salad. Got home and there was no lettuce on my SALAD. Of course, they also did not have any dressing, which they never have. This location is TERRIBLE!
I waited 35 minutes for my order. Finally got it home and it was incorrect. Wrong meat, no sour cream, terrible burrito. We ordered chips and queso and barely got any chips in our bag. Absolutely awful!!
