When I decide that I want xtra protein I will now go inside to order and watch them make my food. I ordered online today and ordered extra protein. Because of previous experience, I opened the tray in front of the server and had to ask where is the Protein. NONE! On line ordering with Chipotle Matthews is not good if you want what you paid for.

Service is great. the folks working there are welcoming and seem to be happy to be there. The amount of chicken put on my burrito was kind of sad. And when I said I just wanted a small amount of beans and rice, the worker went ahead and dumped a big spoonful of each on the torilla. So make sure you Micro-manage your foo construction because I suspect they are coached to go light on expensive ingredients and heavy on the others.

I didn't interrupt the preparation...

The food was fresh and tasty. Well packed. The shelf where your order is placed isn't accesible to the customer and so has to wait a while before getting some one's attention, which was little time consuming when the store is busy.
