I've read a few reviews about the Cotswold and Matthews stores smelling bad. I didn't pick up on bad smells at Cotswold but Matthews must have overdosed on Fabuloso, and they could use a few lessons from Cotswold in making Blizzards. I've been twice in the last couple weeks and I'll go to Cotswold from now on.

Some super impatient lady was having a fit and being rude and tried to mouth off to the young ladies behind the counter because she interpreted the way they handed her her food as “rude”. Even came BACK in the restaurant and spilled her sundae all over the counter and floor while she bent over to take her tip back out of the tip jar. All the while the three young ladies working behind the counter maintained their composure and were far more mature than the woman at least three...
