“the pistachio baklava latte was so good. TK is everything you could want in a proprietor ( friendly! helpful! generous!) I found this beloved neighborhood coffeehouse by looking online. I wanted somewhere I would feel comfortable lounging ( comfortable chairs and various rooms/spaces, warm, good zibe) and working. I was not looking for a sleek sterile coffeehouse. I loved it that people can draw or write on the walls and that even though this was done with sharpies, I didn't see any evidence of ill will or critiquing if others. I was offered a sharpie myself not long after I arrived. what a great place! I'll be back whenever I pass through Charlotte. did I mention that the pistachio baklava latte was delicious? real pistachios! just right sweetness.“

“Me and my mom met these ladies at Sam’s Club in Rock Hill. Great customer service. GREAT food and the lemonade is fresh, homemade and GREAT as well! My mom said the wings were the best she’s had in a long time! Thank you 🙏🏽 see you next time! 10/10 recommended“

“First time stopping by your food truck over at McGill Rose Garden last night and it was so delicious! Perfectly cooked & seasoned! Customer service was top notch! They unfortunately ran out of drinks, but hooked us up with free loaded fries! Also, cool location for a food truck. Love how you can pick up your order & enjoy it in the garden! Such good vibes & food served with a smile. Will be returning!✨“

“Torta sandwich was AMAZING!!!! This food truck is hidden behind a gas station, they need to move it in front because it will boost their business also! Saw a tictoc review and was told to try it out. Price was unbelievably low for what I got. Very impressed. Ladies working the truck were super friendly.“

“Today, I visited Cheesecake Carousel twice — once after lunch and again after dinner. Both times were incredible! I had the strawberry mini cheesecake, which was hands down the best I've ever tasted. My wife opted for the blueberry topping on hers, and she loved it just as much. The balance of creamy cheesecake with the fresh, sweet toppings made for a perfect dessert. If you're a cheesecake fan, I highly recommend stopping by this spot in Charlotte. You won’t be disappointed!“

“This is HANDS-DOWN THE BEST BBQ AROUND!!! Perfect bark on the pulled pork and smokey flavor. Great chicken, amazing brisket and the most tender, delicious fall off the bone ribs you will find. When I lived closer I would go 3-4 times per week and would literally have dreams about the bbq because the smoke smell would be in my hair and id be smelling it on my pillow as i sleep. I’d wake up craving the stuff 🤣 I even had them cater my wedding! Great pricing!!! This is not only the BEST BBQ around, these guys are just truly awesome people and a family business. Give them a try, your mouth will water for days 😎“

“Just tried the Island Boys Fried Jerk Chicken Sandwich and wow… 🔥🔥🔥 That thing was packed with flavor! The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the jerk seasoning had the perfect kick without being overpowering. What really set it off was how they layered different flavors spicy, sweet, and savory all in one bite. Definitely a must-try if you like bold, Caribbean-inspired flavor. I’ll be back for sure!“
