I know the Harry Potter donuts have been popular & last Wednesday I placed a
Mobile order but when I went to pick it up , I was saddened to see they were not open & I approached door to ask. At first was made of issue with donut machine being down and they would refund my order. I explained the HP donuts were actually for my birthday 🎉 and if there was any way they could be made at any point that day . Steve said yes plan for noon would try and get donuts from another store.

Matthews store is not recommended. Placed online order. Received only half the order and the dozen we did get were day old donuts. They won't answer their phone to resolve the issue. Ridiculous! Never again!
