I'm not one of those people who is against tipping. I tip all the time. But I'm not tipping for a 100% self service establishment. Stop asking for tips. I'm not giving the cashier a tip just for processing my credit card.
I have been there a couple of times in the evenings and the manager was sitting in the seating area both times,not behind the counter helping customers other than coming around to take payments.The seating area is a joke, yet she takes the biggest table for her family while customers scramble to find seats.It is kind of weird to be eating something sweet and smelling the pasta she is having for dinner.Perhaps we live in different times but this type of service doesn't feel right...read full review

I over-the-top adore the staff at the Matthews Sweet frog location! They are very personable, professional and pretty much perfect. I visit at least once a week and will continue to do so as long as they hold on to Shannon's family as their Rockstar team!!!
