“First visit here. I had to wait a LONG time to get any food but it was worth the wait! Hot, hot, hot food that was delicious and seemed fresh. Sesame chicken was on point, as were the spring rolls. On the contrary, the service was quite poor. As I said, I waited about 15 minutes and then had to come back into the store for forks and napkins. They were not very friendly.

All in all, the food is worth it but you may get subpar service. Recommended.“

“Usually I prefer other types of Asian food over Chinese food because Chinese food, no matter what dish I ordered, often would make me feel miserable afterwards. With Golden Dragon though, so far we've eaten their food (take-out) twice and I've not felt miserable at all. I ordered the Chicken and Chinese Vegetables with an order of Vegetable Fried Rice both times and it was consistently delicious. All of the vegetables tasted fresh. My husband ordered Orange Chicken the first time and General Tsos Chicken the second. Both meals were excellent. Had the perfect amount of spice. They also make some sauces in house. I ordered the white sauce and my husband ordered the spicy mustard. Their white sauce is VERY good. The spicy mustard is made with horseradish and it packs a punch. Be warned! I am thrilled to finally have a Chinese restaurant in our rotation that I really enjoy the food. Especially since Chinese food is my husband's favorite Asian cuisine. They also offer a food bar that you can dine-in or take-out. They will provide you with a Styrofoam container to fill and weigh it. We've not tried the bar yet but will on our next visit. The staff are very friendly and will answer any questions you have about what you're ordering. They'll even make your order without MSG, if requested. This does not apply to the bar. Love the atmosphere from the decorative tiles on the ceiling, the ornate light fixtures, etched glass at the entrance, the giant fish tank with gold fish, the large decorative fans on the walls, and all the live plants. It has a very welcoming ambiance. This is now my favorite Chinese restaurant and will be our go-to hence forth. Highly recommend!“
